Processing times
Orders for ready made items are processed and posted within 1-2 business days. If your order contains a custom made item, we will get in touch to discuss processing times.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, your order may be delayed by a few days. If we expect a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email to let you know.
Postage costs
Postage costs depend on the weight of your order and the destination country, and will be calculated and displayed at checkout. In general:

Shipping is currently only configured for European destinations, however we can post worldwide, please contact us to get a postage quote.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing
your tracking number.
Customs, duties & taxes
Element Clayworks is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your
order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer
(tariffs, taxes, etc.).
